Your exact interview date is subject to availability. We kindly ask that you schedule your interview within 3 months of purchase to ensure timely planning.

• Don’t have a specific topic in mind? No problem! We’ll come prepared with a list of engaging questions and an approachable style that encourages meaningful, reflective answers.

You have nothing to worry about. With lighting and a little movie magic, our team will help to make your space feel cozy and cinematic. And remember, everyone wants to hear from you (not your home).

• Absolutely! If you’d prefer to lead the conversation, we’re happy to act as camera operators while you conduct the interview.

• We’ll still provide you with a questionnaire to help guide your time with the interviewee.

• Note: There’s no extra charge for you to act as the interviewer, but if you’d like to be featured in the video conducting the interview, an additional fee will apply.

• The interview itself lasts approximately 60 minutes.

• From setup to breakdown, you can expect us to be at your residence for roughly 3 hours and 30 minutes.

You can expect to receive your video capsule roughly 6 weeks after your interview takes place.

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE VALID FOR 2 YEARS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE. After this period, the certificate will expire and become non-redeemable. Thank you for understanding.

Purchases are transferrable upon request and must be approved by Napa Video Capsules.
